I made a payment to subscribe for my rights securities, and the amount was successfully debited from my bank account. However, the portal later showed an ‘Error 401/404'. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Please follow the steps below to verify your subscription status:


  1. Log out of the Share Registry and IPO (MY) portal.
  2. Wait for approximately 30 minutes, then log in again.
  3. Once logged in, click on “Submission History” on the left side of the main page.
  4. Check for your rights subscription entry in the list:
    • If your subscription appears, it confirms that Tricor has successfully received it.
    • If it does not appear, please report the issue to Tricor by emailing is.enquiry@vistra.com. Include the following details in your emails:
      • Your full name
      • Your MyKad number
      • The name of the corporate exercise.
  5. Tricor will investigate the matter and respond with their findings.
