Please follow the steps below to verify your subscription status:
- Log out of the Share Registry and IPO (MY) portal.
- Wait for approximately 30 minutes, then log in again.
- Once logged in, click on “Submission History” on the left side of the main page.
- Check for your rights subscription entry in the list:
- If your subscription appears, it confirms that Tricor has successfully received it.
- If it does not appear, please report the issue to Tricor by emailing is.enquiry@vistra.com. Include the following details in your emails:
- Your full name
- Your MyKad number
- The name of the corporate exercise.
- Tricor will investigate the matter and respond with their findings.
