How do I know whether my online rights subscription is successfully submitted?

  1. Log in to Share Registry and IPO (MY).
  2. Select "Submission History" on the left side of the main page.
  3. Check for your rights subscription in the list:
    • If your submission appears, it confirms that your rights subscription was successful.
    • If it does not appear, please report the issue to Tricor by emailing is.enquiry@vistra.com. Include the following details in your email:
      • Your full name
      • Your MyKad number
      • The name of the corporate exercise
  4. Tricor will investigate the matter and respond with their findings.
