I encountered an error while making my rights payment via FPX. After logging in again and selecting the Rights Issue exercise, the system didn't respond. Could you please advise why this is happening??

Please be informed that your e-subscription service has been temporarily suspended for 30 minutes, as your screen was unresponsive during the FPX transaction process.


This measure is necessary as we need to await confirmation from FPX on whether the subscription payment has been successfully credited into our bank account.


You are advised to log in again after 30 minutes to check the status of your e-subscription.
