I was making a payment for handling fee and the amount has been debited from my bank account, but suddenly Share Registry and IPO (MY) shows ‘error 401/404” in my computer screen, what should I do?

  1. Logout from Share Registry and IPO (MY) and re-login after 30 minutes.
  2. Once login, click “Submission History” on the left side of the main page.
  3. Find your DRP submission in the listing in the listing of submissions.
  4. If you can find, this confirms your DRP submission is received by Tricor.
  5. Print your e-DRF for your record.
  6. If you can’t find your application, report the incidence to Tricor via email at srmy.support@vistra.com by providing your full name, MyKad number and the name of the corporate exercise.
  7. Tricor will check and revert to you on the findings.
