How do I retrieve my password for Share Registry and IPO (MY)?

To retrieve your password:

If you've forgotten your password, it cannot be retrieved for security reasons - but you can reset it:

1. Click "Sign-in" on the homepage.
2. Enter your registered email address and click "Continue".
3. Click "Forgot password?" on the login page.
4. You will receive an email within 5 minutes with instruction to reset your password. If you don't receive it, please check your spam/junk folder.
5. Click the "Reset Password" link, follow the prompt to enter and confirm your new password, then save the changes.
