How do I reset my MFA after changing my mobile number?

Please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our support team at signinsupport@vistra.com and request an MFA reset.
  2. Once MFA reset is completed, log in to the portal at https://srmy.vistra.com.
  3. You will be prompted to re‑enroll MFA.
  4. Enter and verify your new mobile number.
  5. Complete the OTP verification process.
