How do I convert and pay for my XYZ Berhad warrants conversion in Share Registry and IPO (MY)?

Go to Share Registry and IPO (MY) website at https://srmy.vistra.com
Log in with your user ID and password (if you are already a user of Share Registry and IPO (MY), otherwise you are required to register as a new user before proceeding on).
Select the company name (“XYZ Berhad”) and corporate exercise type (“Conversion of Non-Equity Security”).
Read and agree to the Terms & Condition and Declaration.
Complete the Conversion/Exercise Form with the required details.
Check the conversion details and insert the amount payable and confirm.
Confirm the total amount payable.
Proceed to pay the amount via Maybank2u or any Financial Process Exchange (FPX) participating bank which you have an internet banking account.
Once payment process is completed, go to Submission History to download and print your e-conversion form for your record.
You will also receive an email from Share Registry and IPO (MY) acknowledging receipt of your successful submission of e-conversion of warrants.
