What should I do if I’m locked out of my account after too many failed login attempts?

If your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts:

  1. Wait for the lockout period (typically Thirty (30) days pass from the last failed login attempt after 10 consecutive failed login attempts) and try again.
  2. Use the “Forgot Password?” link to reset your password if needed.
  3. If you’re still unable to log in, contact our support team via signinsupport@vistra.com to unlock your account and verify your identity.
