My CDS account is registered under a nominee company, and I would like to attend the meeting virtually. What should I do?

If your CDS account is under a nominee company and you wish to attend the meeting virtually:

1. Inform your nominees company (e.g., your broker or custodian bank) to appoint you as their proxy for the meeting.
2. The nominee company must execute and submit a proxy form to Tricor, appointing you as their proxy.
3. After the proxy form is submitted, you must register for RPV via Share Registry and IPO (MY) website at https://srmy.vistra.com.

Please note: If you do not complete the RPV registration, you will not be allowed to attend the meeting virtually, event if you have been appointed as a proxy.
