I have some questions for the company to address during the meeting. Can I submit them before the meeting day?

Yes, Share Registry and IPO (MY) provide a facility for security holders to submit questions in advance. 

To do so:

1. Navigate to the "Search Company" section.
2. Enter the name of the company offering general meeting event.
3. A list of available meeting event(s) will be displayed.
4. Select the general meeting event titled “XYZ Berhad AGM”.
5. Select the "Submission of Question" in the menu (3 dots).
6. Read and agree to the Terms & Condition and Declaration.
7. Type your question in the query box and submit.
8. The Chairman will address your question during the Q&A session on the day of the meeting.
