How do I register as corporate user of Share Registry and IPO (MY)?

To register as corporate user of Share Registry and IPO (MY):

1. Visit the website at https://srmy.vistra.com. 
2. Under the "e-Services" section, click "Register" to begin your registration.
3. For guidance, you may refer to the tutorial guide available on the homepage.
4. Complete the registration form with your personal details.
5. Provide the details of the company (corporate shareholder) that has authorized you as its representative or corporate user.
6. Upload the required supporting document - an Authorization Letter from the Company. You may refer to the sample letter attached below for guidance.
7. Specify the corporate exercise(s) you are authorized for by ticking (√) the relevant options. 
8. Once registration is completed, you will receive an email notification to verify your registered email address.
9. After verification, your registration will be reviewed and approval within two (2) working days. A confirmation email will be sent once approved.
10. Once you receive the confirmation, activate your account by creating your password.
11. You can log in anytime in the future using your registered email address and this new password.
